We are looking for an experienced Receptionist/Facilities Assistant for an immediate start ongoing temporary assignment based in Bangor.As a Receptionist/Facilities Assistant you will provide day to day support to ensure the smooth running of the office and duties will include: -
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
- Arranging building maintenance
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Issuing and retrieving visitors passes, ID Cards and access fobs
- Monitoring contractors on site in line with Health & Safety policies
- Testing fire equipment
- Maintaining key registers
- Organising, maintaining, and developing information storage and retrieval systems
- Collating and inputting data
- Booking meeting rooms
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel and Outlook is essential together with excellent customer services skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.Full clean driving licence is required.This is a full-time office-based role, working 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
