The Receptionist is the first point of contact for Rich Sauces and responsible for providing an efficient and effective reception service including phone answering, meeting and greeting of visitors and dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail.
The role as part of the Finance Team includes accounts duties in relation to administrative and clerical duties to support the business.
You will have experience as a receptionist, able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time, with great customer service skills. You will be reliable and able to work on your own or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Your main duties will be: Taking internal and external calls using a computerised phone system, fielding calls and taking messages and ensuring the smooth flow of communication; Receiving and sorting mail, deliveries and preparing outgoing mail/couriers as required; Scheduling appointments, maintaining diaries, booking meeting rooms; Ordering stationary ensuring adequate supplies and keeping costs to a minimum; Meeting visitors & coordinating visitor security passes and H&S Covid compliance and food hygiene sign-ins; Accounts/admin tasks as required.
Essential criteria: Excellent telephone manner; Experience of managing a busy reception area and computerised phone system; Good Microsoft Office skills and be IT literate. You will be organised, efficient, reliable and have good administrative experience.
Desirable criteria: basic accounting experience; you will have worked in a food manufacturing environment.
