As part of their team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their administrative processes, contributing directly to the success of the school community.
They are currently seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist/HR Assistant to join their administrative team on a temporary basis. This role involves providing essential receptionist duties while also assisting with HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, parents, and staff members in a warm and professional manner.
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required, including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Supporting the HR department in onboarding new staff members.
- Previous office experience
- Experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid DBS
