A Part Time Payroll Manager is needed for a manufacturing business based in Wiltshire.
This is a sole role and is being recruited on a Part time basis - 16 hours a week. Working days are flexible.
Reporting into the Human Resources Director, responsibilities of the Payroll Manager will be:
- Full ownership of the payroll function
- Processing payroll from start to finish
- Administering all statutory deductions, including SSP, SPP, SMP, N.I & PAYE
- HMRC submissions
- All year end including P60s and P11Ds
- Processing a monthly payroll with multiple variables
- Resolving all payroll related queries
- Streamlining processes, automating processes, making positive recommendations and improvements
