A key leadership role, the Banking & Payroll Manager will be accountable for the development of regulatory and technical processes, contributing to the strategic operational planning to ensure client and intermediary requirements are accomplished.

The areas of focus:
- Minimise business risk by ensuring that internal and external SLAs, processes, and regulatory requirements are adhered to
- Undertake annual calibration of EOY results and salary reviews
- Production of daily, weekly, and monthly management information
- Contribute to operational planning and implement strategic decisions
- Conduct periodic performance reviews and regular one to ones to achieve objectives and targets
What we are looking for:
- A payroll or pensions professional with prior experience within a professional or financial services background
- Proven track record of managing a team to consistently achieve desired outcomes
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and analytical approach to seek performance gains
