Overview
Do you work well with children and other adults? We are looking for a highly competent and friendly receptionist to join our Juniper Office Team and help in the busy school office one day a week on a Monday.
Term time only
Salary Type: Bucks pay
Salary details: £11.00 per hour
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 1 day per week - Monday 8.30am to 4.30pm

About the role
As the ‘face’ of the school the receptionist should be welcoming, personable, helpful and able to represent the school in a professional and friendly manner.
The receptionist is also required to assist the office staff with various administrative tasks.

About you
It is essential that the person for this role is organised, able to multi-task, work flexibly and have a ‘can do’ approach to work, as no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in an administrative/reception role, experience of working with Microsoft Office programmes and be able to demonstrate an understanding of their statutory requirements relating to safeguarding and data protection.
Previous experience working in an education setting is desirable but not essential and the appropriate training will be given where applicable.
