Receptionist
We are recruiting for a receptionist to join our client based in Ascot to provide exceptional customer service by greeting all visitor warmly, addressing their enquiries and concerns promptly, and provide administrative support.
Full-time working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Receptionist duties & responsibilities include:
- Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring proper sign-in procedures are followed.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and visitors in person, by phone, and
- email, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Proactively address concerns and requests, providing timely and professional
- Establish and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Handling internal and external correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Provide administrative support to t staff, including scheduling appointments,
managing documents and handling logistical arrangements.
- Administer and support events
- Input and maintain accurate records and produce reports as and when required.
- Prepare and frank outgoing post and redirect as appropriate.
The successful Receptionist must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:
- Educated to GCSE Standard or equivalent in Maths & English
- Previous reception/office support experience
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment
- MS Office proficient
- An understanding of how to handle sensitive data.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, able to use own initiative and problem solve
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
