We are recruiting for a receptionist to join our client based in Ascot to provide exceptional customer service by greeting all visitor warmly, addressing their enquiries and concerns promptly, and provide administrative support.

Full-time working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Receptionist duties & responsibilities include:

• Greet visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring proper sign-in procedures are followed.
• Respond to inquiries from staff and visitors in person, by phone, and
• email, maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity.
• Proactively address concerns and requests, providing timely and professional
• Establish and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Handling internal and external correspondence, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Provide administrative support to t staff, including scheduling appointments,

managing documents and handling logistical arrangements.

• Administer and support events
• Input and maintain accurate records and produce reports as and when required.
• Prepare and frank outgoing post and redirect as appropriate.

The successful Receptionist must be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

• Educated to GCSE Standard or equivalent in Maths & English
• Previous reception/office support experience
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of working in a customer facing environment
• MS Office proficient
• An understanding of how to handle sensitive data.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, able to use own initiative and problem solve
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
