Receptionist

Are you an enthusiastic and committed person? Passionate about welcoming visitors and clients? Then being part of Milton Grange Reception team could be the job for you.
As a part of the Reception team, you will lead the way in provide reception cover at Milton Grange. You will be responsible for providing an initial point of contact for visitors and clients. You will also be responsible for undertaking administrative duties including providing telephone cover and message service, process incoming and outgoing mail.
We are looking for candidates who have:
Experience dealing with members of the public
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team
Commitment to improving personal performance and supporting that of the service.
