The Support Team within XPS Corporate Services is experiencing high growth and we are now looking to hire a friendly Receptionist to join our vibrant Reading office part time. The Reading office is the biggest XPS office that houses most of the central functioning departments such as IT, HR and Finance. We have 6 client meeting rooms onsite which can hold over 70 attendees. It’s a busy and dynamic role which requires someone with a good degree of common sense as well as a positive and hardworking attitude

The role:
As a Reading Receptionist with XPS you will carry out reception, post room and administrative duties. The hours you will be working are Monday-Friday, 8:45am to 1:15pm, totalling 22.5 hours per week. You will:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Admit visitors and sign them in
- Act as a host for meetings, as well as laying out refreshments and ordering catering
- Need to be vigilant for tailgating and challenge staff if necessary
- Sort incoming post into departments and arrange couriers
- Assist in general secretarial duties, including printing, scanning etc

- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
