Responsibilities of the role
- Answering and directing telephone calls ensuring messages are processed and other enquiries dealt with in the appropriate manner
- Filing
- Ordering and maintaining stationery stock
- Keep up-to-date and accurate records of financial transactions
- Processing purchase invoices on Sage
- Scanning invoices
- Processing parts returns
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and provide help and support to other team members.
- Other administration duties as required
Education & Experience
- GSCE in Maths and English preferable.
- Accounts experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working in a busy office.
- Effective written and communication skills.
- Competent in the use of IT packages including Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook.
- Good organisational skills.
