Receptionist – Private Members Club

Location: Westminter

Salary: £30,000

WE are working with a Private Members Club in the heart of Westminster offers an exclusive environment where members can relax, network, and enjoy a variety of amenities.
They are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist with Opera experience to join our front-of-house team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the members and their guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage all front desk tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using the Opera.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly and courteously.
• Provide information about the club’s facilities, services, and events.
• Handle member inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure members’ needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in using Opera PMS is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury service standards is preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
