General Manager – Private Members Club, London

Salary: Up to £130,000 - £150,000

Location: London

We are currently looking for the perfect General Manager candidate to take on the reigns of this luxury private Members Club in Central London.
The perfect candidate will be driven by pride in succeeding guest experience by maintaining and exceeding very high standards throughout the business.

Relevant management experience within a high-volume business is a must, you’ll be able to engage with members and guests alike and have excellent P&L/budget control.
It is essential for this role that you also pose international management experience due to some upcoming growth plans.
Additional language skills would also be desirable.

Responsibilities:

-        Demonstrate a positive leadership style whilst being genuine and attentive to fellow employees.

-        Lead the business with forward thinking ideas to meet and exceed financial goals.

-        Implement, adhere to and monitor compliance and company policies.

-        Manage ongoing profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.

-        Ensure costs are controlled and revenue opportunities are effectively sourced and delivered.

-        Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD team.
