Compliance Manager - General Insurance

My client is a leading Insurer, we are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager with strong knowledge of consumer duty, consumer credit, conduct risk and associated FCA requirements within the General Insurance market.
Duties and responsibilities will include advising the business on regulatory changes and upcoming developments, helping to drive culture, provide support and oversight in the delivery of good customer outcomes, provide staff training and awareness across the business, contribute to projects, assist in updating policies and procedures and provide management reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong compliance background within General Insurance, who enjoys a collaborative environment, sharing ideas and project work.
