Connaught Education is working in partnership with one of the oldest, most historic and most successful independent boys' schools in London in order to appoint a HR Compliance Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
The organisation in question provides an outstanding education for boys between the ages of 7-18, with exceptional facilities and a rich history as one of the most prestigious independent educational establishments in the country.
The HR Compliance Manager will join a robust HR department reporting into the HR Director and having oversight for all compliance related HR matters including the single central register and employee recruitment processes, as well being expected to conduct audits periodically.
The appointed HR Compliance Manager will be educated to degree level and possessing the relevant CIPD qualifications, a knowledge of compliance and employment law is essential and experience in school settings is highly desirable.
