I am excited to be working with my client, who is looking for a HR Compliance Manager on a permanent basis.

The role;

My client is looking for a HR compliance manager to manage a team of compliance advisors to ensure compliant regulatory processes are delivered and maintained across the HR function and external business areas. This role is to ensure compliance obligations are met throughout the employee administration process amongst other things.

The person;

You must have experience in managing a team. You must have expert knowledge of relevant compliance legislative requirements, regulatory bodies and related processes. You will have a strong understanding of setting up and monitoring controls based on risk ratings. Comfortable with providing support to senior stakeholders. You will have experience of liasing with trade unions and comfortable operating in that space. Open to sector background however a higher education background is desirable.
