Front Office Receptionist - Reading

Located in the RG6 areas of Reading, this is an incredible opportunity to work for one of the largest companies in the world in a fantastic state of the art working environment

• £23,795 pa plus free onsite parking and holiday pay
• 08.00-5pm Monday to Friday
• Incredible working environment

Main Duties will include:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to main reception area of building
• Inducting site visitors
• Data entry work such as raising work orders and liaising with the building maintenance team
• Telephone, administration and data entry work
• Receiving incoming post and parcels
• Guest management

Essential Requirements:

• Very good previous receptionist experience
• Very good customer service experience
• Administration and data entry experience
• Well presented and confident with great communication skills
• Living in the Reading area and able to get to the RG6 postcode area
• Available to start work asap

£23,795 per annum Monday to Friday - 08.00-5pm
