These roles are ideally suited to an immediately available Receptionist who has worked within a corporate industry previously and seeking part time / cover work.

- Various adhoc days per week/month depending on what cover is required Flexibility is key!

Duties include:
- Greet all office guests
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Manage, clean and organise the front desk
- Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge
- Colect and sort all mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Answer guests' and employees' questions
- Validate guest parking

Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:
- Professional appearance
- Two years of relevant work experience
