Working hours: 9 per day, alternate days: 09:00 - 18:00 and 08:00 - 17:00
Duration: 19/01/2024 - 25/01/2024 (5 days) and 19/02/2024 - 22/02/2024 (4 days)
Further short term placements may occur following this as sick / holiday cover
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all enquiries to desk, by phone, email or face to face in a prompt manner.
- Managing meeting room bookings.
- Managing the signing in system
- Sending out invitations to the office and logging in visitors, visiting staff and contractors.
