Our client is a family-owned business who due to business growth is looking to recruit in their front of house department.
This a great opportunity for someone to join a successful business where no two days are the same.
The role
- You will be dealing with general reception duties- such answering the phone and emails
- Supporting Management with administration tasks
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
- Support your Line Manager and other departments where needed
- Upholding health & safety
- Uphold compliance with the Company s policies including Health & Safety
The candidate
- Previous experience in a similar role reception or administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Strong communication both written and verbal
- You must be organised and great at communicating
- You must be great at time management and have the ability to prioritise tasks
- You will be representing the company so you must be professional at all times
