Receptionist

My client based in Aylesbury, is currently looking for a part time Receptionist to be their main front of house contact, your role will be to meet and greet visitors in a polite and friendly manner, providing a warm and friendly welcome.

Please note that this role may involve being also based at my clients alternative sites, as and when cover may be needed.

This role is working 08:30am until 4:30pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Due to the location of my client, it is essential to have your own transport.

Duties will include:

• Answering and diverting telephone calls
• Assisting with and handling queries
• Checking security passes
• Making sure that the reception area is kept presentable at all times
• Administration support to various departments
