Job Title: Receptionist
The role:
This role is based in Gloucester. They are looking for a highly organised and experienced receptionist to support the team with both reception and team assistance duties. This role is Monday-Friday full time. (hours negotiable)
Job responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming phone calls and direct all enquiries to the appropriate department
- Be the FOH, welcoming customers and visitors to the site
- Organise any hospitality for the team/ company meetings
- Keep the whole site tidy and ensure coffee machine is stocked up and cleaned on a regular basis
- Work with a variety of different departments
- Ensuring all health and safety processes are all in place
This role will be perfect for you if you:
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Have the ability to adapt and work in high pressured situations
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ideally receptionist experience
