Receptionist

Berry Recruitment are working in partnership with an established supplier of serviced office across Wales. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a new Receptionist for their offices on the outskirts of Newport.

As a receptionist your duties will include the following:

• Call answering and transfer - All calls to all companies are routed through reception and answered with the company name.
• Mail - Sorting and delivering once dropped off by Royal Mail
• Front of house - You will be the first person seen when people enter the building. You will greet them with a smile and a happy hello and deal with their requests.
• Other duties to aide back-office team and clients on site as and when requested.

To be considered for this reception position it ids expected that you will have some of the following attributes:

• Excellent telephone manner
• Approachable demeanour
• Organised
• Polite and professional
• Experience in a customer facing role.
