Temporary Cover Receptionist Role We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time temporary Cover Receptionist to join the Quality Solicitors Barwells team on a 12-month fixed term contract basis, commencing immediately. You will be based mainly in the Barwells Seaford office, however, will support any of the other four East Sussex based offices according to business needs. A driving license and access to a car is essential. Responsibilities Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will support our teams, for example by: Providing excellent Customer Service to all telephone callers and visitors to the offices, acting as an ambassador for the Firm. Processing all incoming telephone calls including the logging and transfer of calls and conveying of messages. Providing telephone support to Partners and staff members. Managing office diaries. Organising Deeds and Wills retained in the strong room and accurately recording them on the Firm's CMS. Managing incoming and outgoing mail Undertaking clerical and administrative duties. Securing the confidentiality and security of the Firm's client documentation and information. Organising and ordering of office stationery. Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area.
