Job details
We are recruiting a Receptionist/administration assistant on a part-time basis, working Thursday and Friday, 15 hours per week to provide an efficient telephone and reception service using SystmOne to assist patients with appointment enquiries.You will provide day to day support and training of volunteers including managing rotas.
As directed by the clinical admin team manager, assist the team with admin duties using SystmOne, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as appropriate.
To assist in facilitating good communications between patients and families, all members of the St Helena multi-disciplinary team and other agencies.

- Excellent forward planning and organisational skills and ability to multi-task on a daily basis across teams.
- Ability to work on own initiative and have a flexible attitude to support the clinical admin team and volunteers on a daily basis.
- Someone who pays attention to detail and able to produce accurate work, sometimes to tight deadlines.
