Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide general administrative support to staff members as needed
Experience:
- 5+ reception or office experience or in an administrative role is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic clerical procedures
