The role is based at Reception and covers three primary areas:
- Reception – answering the switchboard, dealing with inbound/outbound post, greeting visitors, managing the meeting room diary, ordering of office stationery and general administrative support to site management.
- Stock Receipt POD control – check goods in paperwork/PODs for all inbound stock, delivered and backhaul, including bonded. Supply paperwork by fax/post/email, as required, to supplier contacts and deal with any queries.
- Purchase Ledger – raise and account for all purchase orders, pertaining to the running of the RDC site and operation. Liaise with suppliers, site management and the accounts team regarding any queries.
The ideal applicant must be flexible to assist in all areas, subject to training.
