Salary: 21,000.00 - 23,500.00 Per Annum
Hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm, Monday to Friday

Based in the vibrant community of Birkenhead, We are seeking a dedicated Office Receptionist/administrator to joing their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering phone calls, directing inquiries and taking messages
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assisting with scheduling appointment and meetings
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff when necessary
- Liaising with contruction site teams to ensure administrative needs are met
- Arranging MOTs for company vehicles and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assisting with the procurement and renewal of certifcations for workers
- providing administrative support to project managers and other team members as required
- Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the office operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a contrcution or related industry
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorites.
- Knowledge of construction industry procedures and regulations (preferred but not essential)
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribuate to a collaborative team enviroment.
Role Overview:
