Front of House Receptionist

What you’ll be getting up to:
- Providing outstanding customer service all the time; coordinating, meeting and greeting quests as they arrive and leave the park.
- Making and serving coffees, snacks and hot/cold food.
- Operating the booking system and integrated tills systems. Checking-in guests, issuing correct wrist bands and footwear. Ensuring all safety waivers have been completed by all guest’s prior access of the park.
- Monitoring customers satisfaction and dealing with complaints.
- Dealing with customers through face to face, telephone or email enquiries.
- Handling birthday party/group bookings and enquiries.
- Ensure that all park policies and procedures are followed.
- Carrying out opening and closing duties.
- Provide support to the management team and work closely with them to ensure the smooth operation of the day to day running of the business.
- Keeping up-to-date with products and offers to sell to and inform guests.
- Other duties as required.

Desirable:
- Food Hygiene Qualification.
- First Aid Trained.
- Barista Trained/Experience.
- Customer Service experience.
