A well-established Investment Management company are looking for a proactive Receptionist. The offices are stunning, based in Mayfair. You will be a temp Receptionist covering holiday and sick days. If you are looking for ad-hoc days reception roles, please apply today. 
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a busy Reception role with lots of variety. You will be providing front-of-house service alongside administrative support. 
· Meet and greet clients, providing teas and coffee
· Ordering catering supplies 
· Meeting room management
· Maintaining Zoom pods and pod allocations
· Receive and direct incoming calls 
· Regularly update the phone lists 
· Manage incoming post and outgoing posts, book couriers 
· Process team expenses, invoice checking for reception orders 
· Maintain spreadsheets for reception facilities 
· Updating the reception manual, providing new procedures
· Event organisation & socials 
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will have experience within a similar role. You will be the type of person who is super organised, well presented and have a ‘can do’ attitude. 
Essential requirements:
· University degree or equivalent 
· Experience within a similar role 
· Proactive nature, good use of initiative
· Welcoming, friendly and has a positive attitude
· Extremely organised and can multitask
· Strong communication, written and verbal
· High attention to detail
