About the role
We are currently looking for energetic and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our Redchurch Café team as a Café all-rounder.
Here at Allpress we have an uncompromising commitment to great tasting coffee, flavour and service. We care deeply about our customers, and strive to deliver a consistent & distinctive customer experience that is unique to the Allpress brand.
When you work with us as a Café All-rounder, you’re not just selling and preparing great coffee in our café, you are a brand ambassador for our wholesale business that stretches across London, Europe and the Middle East.
As a Café All-rounder your priority will be exceptional customer service, great coffee and an overall fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
Preparation of outstanding coffee
Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer
Advising on and selling retail coffee & accessories
Running food & drinks
Operating efficient table maintenance and service to dine in customers
Opening and closing the café
Details:
Hours: Full-time - 5 shifts per week. 36-38 Hours per week
Days: Weekend availability is essential
Hourly rate: £13.15
Times: The cafe is open between 8-4 Mon-Fri and 9-4 on Saturdays and Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months
Reporting to: Redchurch Cafe General Manager
Experience: While it is not crucial, our ideal candidate will have experienced in a high volume and coffee focused environment.
