Reconciliation Advisor
Manchester City Centre - Hybrid
£22250 - £26000 DOE + Excellent benefits
Monday - Friday 9am-5pm & 8am-4pm
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reconciliation Administrator to join a friendly and professional team. As part of your role, you will need to complete Invoicing Finance Reconciliation as part of the Risk Department.
Reconciliation Advisor Responsibilities:
- To maintain a portfolio of Invoice Discounting Clients Reconciliation on a monthly cycle ensuring the required information is provided and tested as per credit policy.
- To promptly report any concerns or issues identified to the Relationship Manager and relevant Risk Manager.
- To maintain timely and accurate records.
- To organise and complete work based on risk based priorities.
- To produce Regular and Adhoc reporting as required.
- To effectively and positively engage with Risk Advisory Stakeholders and Clients on a regular basis.
- The team management of Fuel Card records and payments.
- To maintain awareness of IT and Information Security related issues and ensure compliance with IT Security Policy and procedures within the area of responsibility.
- Understanding and Completion of Regulatory Training and Requirements.
About You:
- Invoice Finance and/or Financial Reporting Experience.
- Data Entry Experience.
- IT Literate and Microsoft Competent.
- Strong Telephone and Communication Skills.
