Description
- Contribute to the Accounting & Finance department by efficiently managing reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve departmental objectives.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial data.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company guidelines.
- Participate in company meetings and contribute to financial discussions.
- Continuously develop and update knowledge and skills in the industrial / manufacturing industry and the role of Reconciliations Analyst.
Profile
A successful Reconciliations Analyst should have:
- A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance.
- Proven experience in a similar finance role.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in relevant financial software.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
