With You, Harbour and ITS in Redcar and Cleveland are part of the THRIVE partnership. This integrated domestic abuse and substance use service are looking to recruit a multi-skilled staff member to deliver substance use and domestic abuse interventions within the local authority safeguarding teams. The staff members will be responsible in responding quickly to high risk safeguarding situations, making sure that people receive appropriate support and guidance. The successful candidate will be required to work on an outreach basis, working closely with the safeguarding team and will be expected to respond to referrals on the same day to deliver psychosocial interventions with the aim of reducing harm and managing risks alongside the adult access team.
