Yoh are an internationally successful recruitment business (80+ years old!) currently experiencing great success within electronics hardware and technology. As a result they are expanding their team and are now looking for a recruiter to join their fast-growing Contract Recruitment team.

You will build a pipeline of candidates with niche technical skillsets and maintain regular contact with them to stay upto date with their availability, job application activity and ongoing industry developments. Through this, you will generate candidate and client leads.

As a Recruiter Account Manager, you will have:

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and account management
• End to end vacancy and candidate management experience
• Market Mapping Experience
• Experience of generating Leads
• Have a mature personality with a self-motivated work ethic
• Adaptable communication skills and ability to hold confident professional conversations at C-level
