Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the business.
- Identify potential candidates via various sources such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant department managers.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to develop recruitment strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing sector and hiring trends.
- Contribute to team meetings and strategy development sessions.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policy and relevant legislation.
- Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience with onboarding and producing employment contracts.
Profile
A successful Recruitment professional should have:
- Experienced in high volume recruitment
- Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing/ engineering sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying and sourcing talent.
- Competency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
- An understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices.
