We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruitment professional to join our Human Resources Department. This role focuses on identifying talent, managing the recruitment process, and contributing to the overall success of a industrial/manufacturing team in Chester area.

Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles within the business.
• Identify potential candidates via various sources such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant department managers.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industrial/manufacturing sector and hiring trends.
• Contribute to team meetings and strategy development sessions.
• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policy and relevant legislation.
• Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Experience with onboarding and producing employment contracts.

Profile

A successful Recruitment professional should have:

• Experienced in high volume recruitment
• Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing/ engineering sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying and sourcing talent.
• Competency in using recruitment software and social media platforms.
• An understanding of employment law and recruitment best practices.

• A competitive salary range of 35,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
• Flexible working hours with core site hours from 10am - 4pm.
