R13 Recruitment are currently supporting a fantastic business in their search for a temporary Recruitment Administrator. Initially joining the recruitment team, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional administrative support, with a core focus on drafting, sending and filing documentation.
Based in Norwich, this is a full time, temporary position working 37.5 hour per week, Monday to Friday, with the potential to become permanent. The offered salary for this opportunity is £22,500 per annum.
The day to day
- Formatting CVs in line with company standard.
- Drafting and sending contracts and offer letters.
- Sending e-shots and collating data.
- Liaising with candidates to ensure placements run smoothly & start on time.
- Accurately entering and updating data.
- Filling and uploading documentation.
- Generating and chasing reports.
- Requesting references.
You will have/be
- Previous experience in an administrative position.
- Competent in using a PC and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Well organised, proactive, and illustrate high levels of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills with a confident verbal manner and excellent written ability.
- A real team player.
