Temporary Recruitment Administrator
Monday to Friday
8am - 5pm
£12 per hour
NG4 - Colwick
As soon as possible start
Duties will include:
- Formatting CV’s
- Compliance check’s on a daily basis
- References for candidates going out to work
- Certification Checks for relevant jobs
- Writing job adverts
- Set up Ltd companies/Invoice checks
- Chasing timesheets to ensure payment gets made
- Monitor the temps out planner
- Add candidates to internal CRM system
- Build on exsiting candidate pool
- Job trackers up to date
- Mail campaigns
Person Specification:
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Be able to work on own initiative and part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite – essential
- Previous admin experience
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Salary: £12.00 per hour

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Nottingham, NG2 4GT (required)
Ability to Relocate:
