Overall Responsibility:
- To provide dedicated support to the Consultants with candidate management and administrative support to maximise vacancy fill rates whilst providing clients the highest level of service.
Duties:
- Sourcing candidates for permanent, temporary and contract positions.
- Placing adverts on job websites ensuring these adverts are kept up to date where necessary.
- Screening CV’s for individual vacancies.
- Interviewing candidates over the telephone and face-to-face.
- Ensuring that all required documentation is collated and available for all candidates including checking eligibility to work.
- Drawing up a short list of candidates for each role.
- Staying in touch with candidate to identify any essential changes in their search for work
- Maintaining the in-house database of candidate and client information.
- Answering phones, taking messages and assisting the caller where able.
- Taking reference details from candidates and following up/ passing on to a consultant for obtaining.
- Searching job boards for leads for the Consultants
- Writing and sending marketing e-shots to the company database.
- Identifying new company information and creating a record on the system.
