Recruitment Administrator

Singh & Jones are an established recruitment consultancy with over 18 years experience in recruiting for top tier talent across the UK and Middle East. With a core specialism in construction recruitment, we are primed to grow the organisation to the next level. With this in mind, Singh & Jones are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator who can work Part Time and be based in the Warwickshire area.

Reporting to the management team, your duties will include:

• Liaising with candidates in order to make sure all checks are completed in a timely manner
• Adding and updating the CRM system, as well as attributing
• Formatting CVs in the correct template precisely
• Working closely with the team in Dubai and completing actions in a timely manner
• Monitoring candidate start dates and sending out invoices where applicable
• Assisting the CEO with PA duties and managing diaries
• Assisting in training new starters and collating starter packs/induction programs
• Attending weekly catch up meetings with management via teams or face to face
