With this in mind, Singh & Jones are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator who can work Part Time and be based in the Warwickshire area.
Reporting to the management team, your duties will include:
- Liaising with candidates in order to make sure all checks are completed in a timely manner
- Adding and updating the CRM system, as well as attributing
- Formatting CVs in the correct template precisely
- Working closely with the team in Dubai and completing actions in a timely manner
- Monitoring candidate start dates and sending out invoices where applicable
- Assisting the CEO with PA duties and managing diaries
- Assisting in training new starters and collating starter packs/induction programs
- Attending weekly catch up meetings with management via teams or face to face
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work part time, and remotely and can do with the extra income, with a view to becoming a full time recruitment resource.
