About The Role
Through our continued growth and development in our people, we’re looking to add a Recruitment Administrator to our Recruitment Department.
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is passionate about helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience. A person who is inquisitive and confident in communicating with candidates and stakeholders via email and phone.
- Incoming correspondence - read, distribute and action
- Take ownership of tasks which do not require immediate management input
- Travel management including meeting arrangements
- Assist in holiday management
- Taking minutes and producing presentations
- Reporting and analysing data
- Assist in time and attendance tracking
- Track changes in placements and applications
- Coordinating and recording training dates on candidate files & liaising with Training department regarding contracts and starters
- Checking right to works and contracts are compliant and progressing these to HR or chasing managers for required documents
- Chasing new starters who haven’t completed their paperwork online and assisting with any issues
- Social media posting for advertisements
- Creating and submitting daily and weekly reports to the Head of Recruitment & other Key Stakeholders
- Use licenses to curate interview and induction packs
- Pick up ad-hoc tasks when asked from higher management
About You
About you:
- Administrative experience is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills (face-to-face, phone and email)
- The ability to multi-task without losing composure
- Friendly, approachable, and self-motivated
