Tide are partnering with a private care provider that is committed to providing exceptional care and services in the community. They have ambitious growth plans, making this an exciting time to join the team. They are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to play a critical role in their continued success.

Collaborate with managers and the Hub teams to ensure vacancies are filled with high-caliber candidates, adhering to our values-based recruitment process. Your aim is to source a sufficient number of high-quality candidates to ensure all vacant roles are filled with capable team members. You will guarantee that candidates receive seamless support throughout their journey, from application to face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with home managers to understand recruitment needs
• Maintain relevance and appeal of job descriptions and adverts
• Screen all applications according to recruitment criteria and schedule telephone interviews with eligible candidates. Additionally, personally conduct initial phone assessments with qualified applicants.
• Post job roles on Applicant Tracking System and refresh daily
• Will oversee the updating of the monthly summary KPI sheet and the monthly resourcing spreadsheet
• Create enticing recruitment posts for homes' social media channels encourage home managers and team members to share posts for incentives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' experience in recruitment
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experienced in posting job advertisements on social media platforms
• Possesses strong Excel skills
