As a Recruitment Advisor you will be the key point of contact for our Northern Ireland based roles, offering a range of advice and administrative support to a range of hiring managers. As you'll be supporting our HR colleagues for data reporting, having previous experience of preparing Annual and Article 55 Equality Commission returns would be an advantage. .

Experience of delivering high volumes of varied administrative work in a pressurised environment.A good understanding of recruitment practices and recruitment related legislation is required. Ability to multi-task and prioritise a large workload, allowing you to effectively manage high volume and specialised recruitment. Excellent communication skills both internally as you liaise with recruiting managers and externally, liaising with candidates and external suppliers. As use of the recruitment system will be a large proportion of the work involved, previous experience of learning and extensively using new systems. , Experience in completing Fair Employment annual and Article 55 (3 yearly) returns.
