Role Overview:
Were looking for a Recruitment and Communications Officer to join our award-winning employability team on a fixed term basis to 31st of March 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote our employability service through use of social media and other effective communication methods.
- Raise awareness of the service across the Tees Valley to both professional organisations and potential participants through practical engagement methods.
- Successfully assist with the activities within employability such as marketing and promotional events, raising awareness of what is offered regarding support, jobs and training opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Thirteens Employability teams website ensuring the contents are creative and appropriate for all customers.
About You:
- Demonstrable customer service skills in a front-line role (face to face and telephony)
- Effective use of IT and media as appropriate and ability to complete forms in line with compliance requirements.
- Happy to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check upon offer of employment
- Good relevant experience of engaging and delivering services to unemployed people with a holistic approach.
