Role Overview of the Recruitment and Engagement Officer:
As a Recruitment and Engagement Officer, you will play a pivotal role in engaging potential candidates, promoting their training programmes, and contributing to the overall success of their learner recruitment strategy
Key Responsibilities of the Recruitment and Engagement Officer:
• Engage with prospective candidates and promote a range of Government Training Programmes with a focus on
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract, screen, and onboard individuals for various training initiatives.
• Meet monthly KPIs related to both learner engagement and income generation, encompassing targets associated with job outcomes.
• Establish and nurture connections with learners, offering guidance and assistance as they progress in their journey back into the workforce.
• Actively promote services to Job Centres and other referral partners, covering all aspects of employer-led provisions offered by the company.
• Be prepared to cover additional geographic areas within the contract when necessary to support the achievement of desired outcomes.
Your role as a Learner Engagement Officer is pivotal in driving the organisation's learner engagement efforts, fostering partnerships, and ultimately helping individuals re-enter the workforce successfully through Skills Bootcamps. By actively pursuing these responsibilities, you will contribute significantly to the realisation of our collective goals and the empowerment of learners and job seekers.
Qualifications and Skills of the Recruitment and Engagement Officer:
• Previous experience in recruitment, engagement, or sales-related fields is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Government Training Programmes is a plus.
• Excellent all-around IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle is highly desirable.
