RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT / RESOURCER
Monday to Friday 8,30- 5pm
£11.50 per hour
Working within our Industrial Division, based in Leeds City Centre, this is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to start their recruitment career or those with experience looking for a new role.
The role involves supporting the team with open vacancies and general system/ administrative tasks. Duties include:
Placing adverts on job boards in line with job specifications
Screening candidates for suitability
Conducting interviews and registrations in line with Right to Work compliance
Sending emails for job details and start date confirmations
Following up with candidates and maintaining a candidate database
Generating sales leads for Consultants
Visiting sites with Consultants to understand client needs and job roles fully
Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role and an incentive bonus for candidates placed is available. There is the potential for this to progress to permanent employment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent communication skills
An ability to use various microsoft packages, i.e Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Capability to follow instructions and clear processes
Excellent organisation & time-management skills
