Vantage Consulting are a multi award winning Recruitment Business ranked within the top 2% of recruitment companies in the UK and are looking for an ambitious and experienced Recruitment Business Manager to join our management team, focused on growing and developing our Engineering USA Division.

The Role
The successful Recruitment Business Manager will be joining our Engineering USA brand and responsible for understanding and implementing our business strategy, achieving budgets and managing and developing a high performing team of consultants.
You can expect to:
- Manage revenue streams, ensuring business growth and profitability
- Create an engaging and fun environment, championing our company values
- Motivate and reinforce positive behaviour within the team
- Work on client and candidate strategies
- Initiate and co-ordinate plans to penetrate the market and expand client portfolios
- Secure new business
- Communicate business priorities throughout the team
- Work with Directors on the growth strategy of the division
- Work with Directors on the 1, 3 and 5 year business vision
- Take an active role in recruitment of new team members
You
To be successful in the role of Recruitment Business Manager you'll have a track record as a high performer and experience managing a team of "360" Recruitment Consultants, ideally within the Engineering sector or a US market.
You will also be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience in developing growth strategy and business vision
- Experience in staff appraisals and performance reviews
- The ability to lead by example
- Excellent service and sales skills
- Ability to motivate others
- Commercial acumen
- Strategic thinking
