As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a talented, Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our operational office in St Helens, Merseyside.
It’s a fast-paced role where you’ll be conducting up to 6 interviews per day, and supporting the onboarding process for Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Registered Nurses.
You’ll be the face of our Merseyside office and be a friendly and confident communicator when it comes to engaging with candidates.
Interviewing will be second nature to you and using your gained knowledge, you will draw out the best from each candidate, enabling you to successfully align key skills and experience with the needs and requirements of our service users, whilst helping us to build a talented and diverse workforce.
You will also guide successful candidates through our onboarding, induction and training process, ensuring that they have everything they need in preparation for their first day.
You’ll organise bespoke clinical training sessions, carry out new starter inductions and work with our Central Compliance team to ensure that candidate files are accurate, contain all key documentation and are kept up to date.

We're offering a competitive salary between £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, plus potential for a team performance based bonus of up to £2000 per annum.
This role is fully officed based and the working hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Candidates must possess a valid driving license and a vehicle, as occasional travel to our service users' homes will be required.
