Key tasks
- Sourcing suitable candidates and conducting effective interviews.
- Providing outstanding service to both candidates and clients.
- Working on our CRM database to ensure data accuracy (training provided).
- Invest time in the growth of your portfolio and time in building your network, taking an entrepreneurial approach, bringing on your own work.
- Further development of relationships within organisations in your portfolio.
- Handling the full recruitment process from short-listing to placement.
About You
The successful candidate shall have experience recruiting for the food manufacturing / FMCG industry either in house or externally with a proven track record of building relationships and successfully recruiting.
- You shall be target-driven with the ability to work in a fully remote environment with a positive, can-do attitude and a disciplined approach to work duties, with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
- Experience using CRM software, with focus on accuracy and high attention to detail, good IT literacy and Microsoft office knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills with effective written and oral communication skills with a professional approach to interactions with both clients and candidates.
- The ability to think outside of the box and come up with new ideas.

The Recruitment Consultant job is based in East Sussex however offers a predominantly remote working schedule and is paying a competitive salary of c. £30,000 according to your experience.
