Entry-level Recruitment Consultant – London (Liverpool Street)
Base Salary - £27,000
£40k OTE – Year 1 | 55K OTE – Year 2 | 70K OTE – Year 3

Are you a recent graduate or a driven sales individual looking to join a global recruitment agency where you will be a market specialist within a life-changing industry?

You will be joining a well-established desk within the city, where you will be placing professionals on a contract basis. As a 360 recruiter, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships with clients in your market.
You will have a clear progression path to follow from your first day, outlining your targets for your next pay rise, and promotions with the opportunity to follow the Management route.

Your Role:
- Business Development - Partnering with hedge funds, asset managers, trading firms, and investment management companies.
- Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and job boards and working with the technology talent worldwide.
- Work closely with a managing consultant for the first 3-6 months in order to understand and implement sales techniques.
- Networking with active and inactive candidates.
- Market mapping.
- Client meetings.
Requirements:
- Degree educated and/or Sales experience.
- Good communication skills.
- A willingness to above and beyond to achieve your goals.
