We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant right at the start, to grow the business and grow your career! Responsibilities:
As a 360 (Senior) Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for everything from sourcing candidates to winning clients. You will have direct input into all aspects of the business giving you real independence and job satisfaction every day!
Working Hours 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday (1 hour lunch)
Business Development (sales), cold calling, meetings, presentations and generating the data base with free access to the entire territory
Writing great ads to attract candidates, screening and interviewing
Selecting applicants and filling vacancies
Client Account Management, building authentic, great business relationships
Managing candidate pool and their expectations
Key Skills:
You will be hard working and have lots of resilience for the inevitable setbacks, whilst radiating enthusiasm and positivity. You will be comfortable working in a small team, with the ability to motivate yourself and stay focused. In the future you will be involved in the hiring of future colleagues and their management when hired.
